Adults and adolescents >45 kg: 400 mg once daily or 200 mg every 12 hours for susceptible infections; typical durations-pharyngitis/tonsillitis 10 days, otitis media 10 days, acute bronchitis 7-10 days, uncomplicated UTI 7 days; uncomplicated gonorrhea: 400 mg single dose.
