Key features
NEURO-B FC TAB 20/FC TAB (NEURO B) is a film-coated tablet containing thiamine (Vitamin B1) 100 mg, pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 100 mg, and cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 0.15 mg. It supports nervous system health and helps manage symptoms of B vitamin deficiency, such as nerve pain and tingling sensations, making it suitable for those seeking targeted B‑vitamin support. The formulation uses cyanocobalamin, a synthetic, stable form of B12 that the body converts into active methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin; its absorption is dose-dependent, with lower percentages absorbed at higher doses. Each serving is one film-coated tablet; available in a pack of 20 tablets.- Brand: NEURO B

Usage & Dosage
Suggested Use
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as directed by a physician.
Serving Size
1 film-coated tablet

Recommended Daily Intake
Thiamine (B1): 1.1-1.2mg/day; Pyridoxine (B6): 1.3-1.7mg/day; Cyanocobalamin (B12): 2.4mcg/day (therapeutic doses in this product exceed standard RDI)
Upper Tolerable Limit
Thiamine (B1): No established UL; Pyridoxine (B6): 100mg/day (adults); Cyanocobalamin (B12): No established UL
Absorption Enhancers
Taking with food improves tolerability; adequate stomach acid enhances B12 absorption; magnesium supports B6 activation
Absorption Inhibitors
Alcohol reduces absorption of all three B vitamins; antacids and proton pump inhibitors reduce B12 absorption; high doses of B6 can interfere with B1 metabolism
Side Effects
Possible Side Effects
High-dose Pyridoxine (B6) at 100mg/day with prolonged use may cause peripheral sensory neuropathy; Thiamine at high doses is generally well-tolerated; Cyanocobalamin may rarely cause acne-like skin reactions or mild gastrointestinal discomfort
Upper Tolerable Limit
Thiamine (B1): No established UL; Pyridoxine (B6): 100mg/day (adults); Cyanocobalamin (B12): No established UL
Safety & Warnings
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to thiamine, pyridoxine, cyanocobalamin, or any excipients; contraindicated in patients with Leber’s hereditary optic neuropathy (LHON).

Interactions
Medication Interactions
Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) may decrease the effectiveness of Levodopa, a medication for Parkinson's disease. It may also reduce serum concentrations of phenobarbital and phenytoin. H2-antagonists and proton pump inhibitors may reduce the absorption of Vitamin B12.
Synergistic Nutrients
Thiamine, pyridoxine, and cyanocobalamin work synergistically in nervous system function, energy metabolism, and neuropathic pain relief

Storage & Patient Advice
SFDA Storage Conditions
store below 30°c
Patient Counseling
Take 1 tablet orally daily, preferably with/after food. Do not exceed the recommended dose or use long-term without medical advice (pyridoxine 100 mg/day chronically can cause sensory neuropathy); seek medical care if numbness/tingling worsens. Consult a clinician before use if pregnant/breastfeeding or if taking levodopa (avoid with levodopa monotherapy; acceptable with carbidopa/benserazide). Patients on metformin or long-term acid-suppressing therapy may have reduced vitamin B12 status-monitor if symptomatic. Harmless urine discoloration may occur.
