Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Registration: Membership with Community Pharmacies can be registered through:
• Community Pharmacies branches.
• The Community Pharmacies website or mobile application.
2. Minimum Redemption: The minimum for redemption is 9 points, equivalent to purchases worth 300 Riyals (excluding Value Added Tax).
3. Program Inclusions: The program includes all your purchases from the pharmacy except for paper products, diapers, and some medications. The free goods are calculated as equivalent to 1% of the purchase value.
4. Exclusions: The program does not include breast milk substitutes or accessories for artificial feeding, in order to encourage natural breastfeeding as per the regulations of the Ministry of Health.
5. Communication: Promotional and educational messages may be sent by Community Pharmacies only to the registered mobile numbers and emails.
6. Identity Verification: It may be necessary to verify the identity of the account-holding customer by sending a verification code to the mobile number registered in their account.
7. Returns: In the event of returning purchases, the points earned during the purchase transaction will be deducted.
8. Returns After Reward: Purchased goods cannot be returned after the free goods (reward) have been received.
9. Right to Modify: Community Pharmacies Group reserves the right to modify or cancel the membership or adjust the point ratios without prior notice.
10. Claims: In case of any claims, please attach the purchase invoices and retain a copy.
11. Points Expiry: Points expire on December 31st of each calendar year.
