Introduction:
Seroxate CR 25mg Tab New is a prescription medicine used to treat certain mental health conditions. It contains paroxetine, which belongs to a class of medicines known as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs).

What it is used for:
Seroxate CR is commonly used to treat depression, anxiety disorders, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Who should not take it:
- People allergic to paroxetine or any other ingredient of this medicine
- Children and adolescents under 18 years

Side effects:
1. Nausea
2. Drowsiness or insomnia
3. Headache
4. Dry mouth
5. Sweating
6. Sexual dysfunction
7. Dizziness

Warnings and precautions:
1. Consult your doctor if you have a history of seizures, liver or kidney problems, or heart disease
2. May increase risk of suicidal thoughts in young adults

How to use it and the correct dosage:
Take Seroxate CR as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily in the morning with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole, do not crush or chew. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Possible drug interactions:
- Other antidepressants or MAO inhibitors
- Blood thinners
- Other medicines affecting serotonin levels
- Certain pain medications such as tramadol
