Indications

Approved Uses

Temporary relief of burning and irritation due to dryness of the eye (dry eye symptoms) and protection against further irritation.

Off-Label Uses

Supportive ocular surface lubrication in situations such as contact lens-related dryness (if compatible with lens use per labeling) and post-procedure/post-operative dryness under clinician direction.

Dosage & Administration

Dosing by Condition

Dry eye symptoms: Instill 1-2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed (may be used multiple times daily).

Initial Dose

Instill 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.

Maintenance Dose

1-2 drops in affected eye(s) 3-4 times daily or as needed for symptom relief

Maximum Dose

No established maximum daily dose; use as needed per symptoms (per OTC lubricant eye drop directions).

Dose Adjustment Notes

How to Take

Wash hands. Tilt head back, pull down lower eyelid to form a pocket. Instill 1-2 drops in affected eye(s) as needed without touching the dropper tip to the eye/skin/surfaces. Blink gently/close eye briefly; recap immediately. If using other ophthalmic products, separate by at least 5-10 minutes.
