Omnic 0.4mg capsules are a prescription medicine used to treat urinary difficulties in men.

What it is used for:
- Omnic is used to relieve symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), such as difficulty urinating, weak stream, and frequent or urgent need to urinate.

Who should not take it:
- Men who are allergic to tamsulosin or any ingredient in the capsule
- Women and children
- Patients with severe liver problems

Side effects:
1. Dizziness
2. Headache
3. Abnormal ejaculation
4. Runny or stuffy nose
5. Weakness

Warnings and precautions:
1. May cause low blood pressure, especially when standing up
2. Use with caution in people with kidney or liver disease
3. Inform your doctor if you have cataract or glaucoma eye surgery planned
4. Do not drive or operate machinery if you feel dizzy

How to use it and the correct dosage:
- Take one capsule (0.4mg) once a day, about 30 minutes after the same meal each day
- Swallow the capsule whole; do not crush or chew

Possible drug interactions:
- Other alpha-blockers
- Medicines for erectile dysfunction (such as sildenafil)
- Some antibiotics and antifungals
- Tell your doctor about all medications you are taking

How to store the medicine:
- Store below 30°C, away from moisture and direct sunlight
- Keep out of reach of children
