How to Use:

The recommended daily dosage is one capsule daily with water.
In cases of male & female infertility: one capsule daily for 3-6 months.
In cases of Dysmenorrheal pain: one capsule daily, 2 days before menstruation, then one capsule during the first 3 days of the period.
In cases of Hair & Skin Health: 1-3 capsules daily.

Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the box/blisters/label.
The expiry date refers to the last day of the month.
