Hydralazine is a vasodilator used to treat high blood pressure. Relaxes blood vessels to lower blood pressure. Often used in combination for heart failure. 25 mg strength for standard dosing. How To Use: Take by mouth 2-4 times daily with food to reduce stomach upset. Swallow whole; follow doctor’s schedule. Do not stop abruptly to avoid rebound hypertension. Regular blood pressure monitoring required. Warnings And Precautions: May cause lupus-like symptoms with long-term use. Can cause headache, rapid heartbeat or dizziness.
