TUMS EXTRA STRENGTH 75/0MG 48/CHEW TAB

Indications

Relieves the symptoms of heartburn and indigestion resulting from increased acidity of the stomach.

Dosage

Chew 2-4 tablets as symptoms occur, or as directed by a doctor. Do not take more than 10 tablets (7500 mg) in 24 hours.

Side Effects

Antacids and effervescent salts may cause mild stomach upset, belching or changes in bowel habit. Stop use and seek medical advice if you notice any severe or unexpected reaction.

Safety & Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. If symptoms persist or worsen, or if you have a chronic condition, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Always read the package leaflet before use.

Drug Interactions

Antacids may affect the absorption of some other oral medicines; separate doses by a couple of hours.

Storage

Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from direct light and moisture. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
