Indicated for the treatment of acute hepatitis, including viral, non-viral, and drug-induced forms.
Used in the management of chronic hepatitis, with or without hyperammonaemia, as well as cirrhosis of the liver.
Indicated for fatty liver associated with hyperammonaemia and for hepatic encephalopathy.
Recommended as an adjuvant therapy alongside all hepatotoxic drugs to support liver health during treatment.

Dissolve the granules and take them orally.
For adults in acute hepatitis: 1-2 sachets per day.
For adults in chronic hepatitis and hepatic cirrhosis: 2-4 sachets per day.
For adults in hepatic encephalopathy (mild to moderate): up to 8 sachets within 24 hours.
Dosage should be prescribed according to the therapeutic indication and disease severity of each individual patient.

Do not take this medicine if you have apparent renal dysfunction with a creatinine level exceeding 3 mg/100 ml of blood plasma.
If you have severe renal insufficiency, blood urea and serum creatinine must be monitored regularly during treatment.
If nausea or vomiting occurs, the infusion speed should be optimized.
Use with caution in patients involved in potentially dangerous activities that require increased reaction speed and psychomotor performance.
