Lemon balm leaf contributes to normal digestive function and supports quality, restful sleep, while sweet fennel fruit and chamomile flower aid digestion.

Usage & Dosage

Dissolve 5 g of instant tea in 100 ml of lukewarm, previously boiled water or milk. The recommended daily amount is 50 to 100 ml of freshly brewed tea, once or twice a day, at least 30 minutes before meals, up to a maximum of 10 g of instant tea a day. Always use freshly brewed tea cooled to body temperature, without adding sugar.
