Usage & Dosage

Take one capsule daily by mouth, after food, one to two hours before bedtime. This dose may be continued for up to thirteen weeks.

Interactions

Melatonin interacts with fluvoxamine, psoralens, cimetidine, quinolones, rifampicin, oestrogens and carbamazepine. Tell your doctor about every medicine you take.

Safety & Warnings

Do not take if you are allergic to melatonin or to any other ingredient. Talk to a doctor if you do not feel better, or if you feel worse, after five days.
