How to Use

• Use on clean, dry skin.
• Tear open the plastic packet and remove the protective film from the patch.
• Apply the adhesive side onto the affected area.
• For delicate or ageing skin, apply the adhesive side to clothing rather than skin.
• Do not bandage over the patch.
• To remove, slowly peel off.

• For external use on intact skin over muscle or joint areas.
• Do not use on the face, broken skin, bruises or swellings.
