How to Use

Start with two turns around the area to anchor the bandage, then continue in a figure-of-eight pattern across the joint, overlapping each turn by about half its width. Check that the wrap is firm but not tight, then secure the end.

One roll, 5 cm x 4.5 m.

Safety Tips

Do not wrap the bandage so tightly that it restricts circulation. Loosen it straight away if the skin beyond the wrap becomes cold, pale, numb or tingly, and re-wrap it more loosely.
