Rina Extra 2.5 Mg/120 Mg 30 Tablets

Rina® Extra is a medicine that contains Desloratadine (an antihistamine) and Pseudoephedrine (a nasal decongestant). It is used to control the symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis , such as: Sneezing Stuffy nose Runny nose Itching of the nose Who Can Use It: Adults and children 12 years and older Not suitable for children under 12 years of age How to Use: Take 1 tablet twice a day (every 12 hours). Can be taken with or without food . Swallow the tablet whole ; do not crush, break, or chew it. If you forget to take a dose, do not double the dose to make up for it. Always follow your doctor's instructions for proper use. Possible Side Effects: Like all medications, Rina® Extra may cause some side effects. Common side effects include: Headache Dry mouth Insomnia (difficulty sleeping) Dizziness Nausea Nervousness or restlessness Serious side effects (seek medical help if you experience these): Fast or irregular heartbeat Severe dizziness or fainting Increased blood pressure Severe allergic reactions (rash, itching/swelling, difficulty breathing) Active Ingredients: Each extended-release tablet contains: Desloratadine (2.5 mg) – Antihistamine that helps reduce allergic reactions.
