How to Use

1. The package is opened and the pad is removed.
2. The transparent protective film is peeled away from the patch.
3. The patch is applied firmly to the desired area.
4. The patch is left in place for 10 to 15 minutes for the heat effect to develop.
5. The patch remains applied for up to 24 hours, after which it may be replaced with a new one if needed.

Safety Tips

• The patch is not to be used while sleeping, as heat patches have the potential to cause burns during unmonitored use.
• Pressure must not be applied over the patch during use - for example, the patch should not be worn under a belt or bandage, and the user should not lie directly on it.
• Use should be stopped if any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash, or persistent skin changes occur at the application site, and a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted.
• This product is not suitable for individuals with poor circulation, nerve damage, rheumatoid arthritis, or skin conditions such as eczema or psoriasis without prior consultation with a doctor or pharmacist.
