How to Take

Wash hands. Tilt head back and pull down the lower eyelid to form a pocket. Apply a small ribbon (~1 cm) of ointment into the lower conjunctival sac without touching the tube tip to the eye/skin. Close the eye gently for 1-2 minutes and move the eyeball to spread; wipe excess. Vision may blur-avoid driving until clear.

Patient Counseling

Apply a small ribbon (~1 cm) into the lower conjunctival sac; because it causes temporary blurred vision, prefer bedtime use and avoid driving/operating machinery until vision clears. Do not wear contact lenses during use. Avoid touching the tube tip to the eye/skin/surfaces to prevent contamination and recap tightly after use. If using other ophthalmic products, instill drops first and wait at least 10-15 minutes before applying the ointment (ointments are used last). Seek medical advice if eye pain, worsening redness, vision changes, or hypersensitivity occurs.
