How to Use

1. For hot therapy via boiling water, the gel pack is placed in boiled water for 2 to 3 minutes, then removed, wiped clean with a cloth, and placed in the supplied wrap or cover before application.
2. For hot therapy via microwave, the gel pack is placed in the microwave on high power for the number of seconds recommended on the pack, then removed and kept in the supplied cloth cover or wrap before application; the pack is kneaded to distribute heat evenly.
3. For cold therapy, the gel pack is placed in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours until ready for use; it may alternatively be cooled in the refrigerator.
4. The gel pack is always inserted into the supplied cover or a clean towel before being applied to the skin.
5. The pack is applied to the affected area for as long as it is comfortable; once it returns to room temperature after cold use, it may be re-warmed.

Safety Tips

• The temperature of the hot pack should be comfortably warm; overheating must be avoided.
• If any discomfort occurs during application, use is to be stopped immediately.
• The pack must not be ingested and is intended for external use only.
• Excess pressure must not be applied to the pack during use, and heavy objects must not be placed on the product surface.
• The product is to be stored in a dry and cool place and kept out of reach of children.
