How to Use

Use on clean, dry skin.
Tear open the plastic packet and remove the protective film from the patch.
Apply the adhesive side directly over the affected area.
For delicate or ageing skin, apply the adhesive side to clothing rather than skin.
Do not bandage over the patch.
Use only one patch on the same area within 24 hours.
To remove, slowly peel off.

Do not use on the face, broken skin, bruises or swellings.
