Replacement Schedule

How to Use

1. Apply toothpaste to the bristles and brush teeth as normal.
2. Use the medium bristles to clean all tooth surfaces, including hard-to-reach areas.
3. To clean the tongue, use the cleaning grooves on the back of the brush head.
4. Move the grooves backwards and forwards over the tongue surface to remove bacteria.
5. Avoid applying excessive pressure while brushing to prevent damage to the toothbrush neck.

Care and Storage

• Rinse the toothbrush thoroughly with water after each use.
• Do not allow the bristles or toothbrush to be chewed.
