1. Sit quietly with your back supported and feet on the floor.
2. Fit the cuff as instructed in the user manual.
3. Stay still during measurement and avoid talking.
4. Read the systolic, diastolic and pulse values from the display.

Rest for several minutes before taking a reading, stay still and avoid talking during the measurement, and place the cuff at heart level as instructed in the manual for consistent results.

Follow the user manual for any device reset or self-check routine. Have the monitor checked if readings appear inconsistent with clinical measurements.
