How to Use

1. Remove one pad from the pack when needed.
2. Peel off the adhesive backing to expose the sticky side.
3. Place the pad firmly in the centre of clean underwear, adhesive side down.
4. Replace with a fresh pad every few hours or as needed throughout the day.
5. Dispose of used pads hygienically - do not flush.
