How to Use
- Remove the paper backing from the adhesive strip on the pad.
- Press the adhesive side of the pad firmly onto the inside of your underwear.
- If your pad has wings, fold them around the sides of your underwear and press firmly onto the outside of the fabric for extra security.
- Change your pad regularly - typically every 3-4 hours, or more frequently if your flow is heavy.
