How to Prepare

Wash your hands and sterilise the bottle, teat and other equipment. Boil drinking water for five minutes and let it cool to about 40 degrees Celsius. Pour the water into the bottle first, add the powder with the enclosed scoop levelled off, and shake until it dissolves. Let the feed cool to about 37 degrees Celsius and test it on your wrist before serving.

How to Use

In a bottle, use one level scoop for every 30 ml of water. In a cup, use seven level scoops in 210 ml of water.

Storage

Close the tin tightly after every use, keep it in a cool dry place and use the contents within three weeks of opening.

Safety Tips

Growing children need a healthy, varied diet alongside this milk. Prepare one serving at a time and throw away anything your child does not finish. Do not change the powder-to-water proportions without medical advice. Serve within one hour of preparation and do not add sugar. Never use a microwave. If your child has a protein allergy, was born prematurely or with a low birth weight, or is immunocompromised, ask a qualified health professional first.
