How to Use

1. Remove the pad from its individual wrapper by peeling back the packaging.
2. Peel off the adhesive backing strip from the underside of the pad.
3. Press the pad firmly onto the centre of your underwear with the absorbent side facing up.
4. If the pad has side wings, fold and secure them around the edges of your underwear to help keep the pad in place.
5. Change the pad regularly throughout the day, especially during heavy flow, to maintain freshness and protection.
