How to Use

1. The cap is removed from the BD Micro-Fine Plus Pen Needle, and the insulin pen is prepared for use.
2. The pen needle is screwed securely onto the insulin pen.
3. The injection site is selected and cleaned with an alcohol swab.
4. The pen is held at a 90-degree angle, or as recommended by a healthcare provider, and the needle is inserted into the skin to inject the insulin as directed.
5. The needle is removed from the skin and disposed of safely using an appropriate needle disposal method.
