How to Use

1. Fill the 150 ml plastic bottle with breast milk, using Medela breast milk collection containers for easy transfer if needed.
2. Attach the Calma nipple securely to the bottle before feeding.
3. Offer the bottle to the baby, allowing them to actively suck to draw milk as they would during breastfeeding.

Care and Cleaning

• Disassemble the bottle and nipple before cleaning after each use.
• Wash all parts thoroughly with warm soapy water and rinse well.
• Sterilise the bottle and nipple regularly using your preferred sterilisation method.
• Inspect the nipple before each use and replace it if any damage or deterioration is noticed.
• Store cleaned and dried parts in a clean, covered container until next use.

Safety Tips

• Ensure the Calma nipple is securely attached to the bottle before each feeding to prevent leaks or accidental detachment.
• Check that the baby is actively sucking to draw milk, as the nipple is designed to prevent passive flow - do not force milk by squeezing the bottle.
