How to use:
Use as a cold bag – Simply add ice and a little cold water for your perfect ice bag. Through restricting blood flow, the ice pack decreases swelling, reduces muscle spasms and importantly reduces pain. Cold therapy can be used for headache, toothache, sprain, bruises, bumps and other sports injuries.
Use as a hot bag: For hot therapy, just add some hot water (not boiling) to improve symptoms in conditions such as headaches/migraines, menstrual pain/cramps, spasms and stiff necks/backs.
