Age Suitability

Humana Follow-On Milk 400g is designed for infants aged 3 to 12 months, supporting their nutritional needs during this important developmental stage.

How to Prepare

1. Sterilize all feeding equipment, including bottles and teats, before use.
2. Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool to the appropriate temperature.
3. Pour the required amount of cooled boiled water into the sterilized bottle first.
4. Add the number of scoops specified on the product packaging to the water.
5. Close the bottle and shake well until the powder is fully dissolved.
6. Test the temperature of the prepared milk on the inside of your wrist before feeding. Always follow the preparation instructions printed on the product packaging.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Keep the container tightly closed after each use to prevent moisture exposure.
• Store out of reach of children.
• Do not use the product after the expiry date printed on the packaging.

Safety Tips

• Use this follow-on milk as part of a varied diet that includes the gradual introduction of solid foods, as it is not intended as a sole source of nutrition from 3 months onward.
• Prepare each feed fresh and discard any unused portion after feeding to prevent bacterial contamination.
• Do not heat prepared formula in a microwave, as this can create hot spots that may harm the infant.
