How to Use

1. Cut approximately 18 inches of floss and wrap the ends around your middle fingers for a secure grip.
2. Gently slide the floss between your teeth using a sawing motion to avoid damaging your gums.
3. Curve the floss around the base of each tooth and slide it up and down to remove plaque and debris.
4. Repeat for all teeth, then discard the used floss and rinse your mouth for optimal results.

Replacement Schedule

Dental floss is intended for single use only; use one fresh piece per flossing session and discard after use.
