How to Use

• Use on clean, dry skin.
• Open the pouch, remove one cloth patch and peel off the clear plastic film.
• Apply the sticky side of the patch over the affected or swollen area.
• Do not cut the patch.
• Re-seal the pouch to prevent the remaining patches from drying out.
• Use all patches within one month of opening the pouch.

Body Area

• For external use on intact skin over muscle or joint areas.
• Do not apply on or near the eyes, on broken or irritated skin, or on infants.

Duration of Use

• Cooling effect lasts up to 3 hours per application.
• Single use only.
• Use no more than 4 patches one after the other on the same area.

Safety Tips

• Do not use on broken or irritated skin, with other skin products on the same area, with medications rubbed into the skin, on or near the eyes, or on people unable to remove the patch on their own.
