How to Use

1. Hands are washed with warm water and mild soap and dried thoroughly before use.
2. A sterile test strip is inserted into the monitor's test strip port until the droplet symbol appears on the display, indicating the monitor is ready.
3. A sterile lancet is used to puncture the side of a finger, and the edge of the test strip is brought into contact with the blood droplet, allowing blood to be drawn into the strip.
4. The monitor begins a 5-second countdown, after which the blood glucose reading, unit, date, and time are displayed on the screen.

Safety Tips

• The test strip is inserted into the designated test strip port on the monitor only, as indicated by the droplet symbol on the display.
