How to Prepare

1. Sterilise all feeding equipment, including bowls and spoons, before use.
2. Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool to an appropriate temperature.
3. Measure the required amount of water into the bowl first.
4. Add the number of scoops of cereal as instructed on the product packaging.
5. Stir thoroughly until the cereal is fully dissolved and a smooth consistency is achieved.
6. Test the temperature of the prepared cereal on the inside of your wrist before feeding. Always follow the preparation instructions printed on the product packaging.
