Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Step on the platform with bare feet so both feet contact the electrodes. Read the measurements from the display.

Diagnostic measurements depend on body water content and may vary with hydration level. Use under consistent conditions for comparable readings.

• Not suitable for use by people with pacemakers
• Do not use on wet surfaces
• Step carefully on the glass platform
• Replace batteries when display dims

Store on a flat surface in a dry place. Keep away from heat sources and direct moisture.
