How to Use

1. Pour the recommended amount of mouthwash into a cup (refer to the bottle for the exact volume).
2. Rinse the mouth thoroughly, swishing the liquid between teeth and around the gum line for 30 seconds.
3. Spit out the mouthwash - do not swallow.
4. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes afterwards for best effect.
5. Use as directed on the label, typically once or twice daily after brushing.
