How to Use

1. Dilute 10-15 mL of mouthwash with 10-15 mL of warm water.
2. Rinse or gargle for one to two minutes.
3. Expel the liquid - do not swallow.
4. Repeat up to three times daily, after meals, or as directed by a doctor or dentist.

• Do not swallow — spit out completely after rinsing.
• Chlorhexidine may cause reversible brown staining on teeth, tongue, fillings, and dental restorations with prolonged use. Limit use to the duration recommended by your dentist (typically 1–2 weeks).
• Brush teeth with a regular toothpaste before use, and avoid food and drink for 30 minutes after use.
