• Apply sunscreen first and let it absorb before using the repellent.
• Hold the bottle about 15-20 cm from the skin and spray evenly.
• For sensitive areas like the face and ears, spray onto the hands first and then rub on the skin.
• Do not forget to spray on ankles and knees, which are common bite areas.
