How to Use

1. Remove the pad from its individual wrapper and peel off the adhesive backing strip.
2. Press the pad firmly into the centre of your underwear, adhesive side down, ensuring it lies flat.
3. If the pad has wings, fold them around the edges of your underwear and press them in place to secure the pad.
4. Change the pad regularly throughout the day as needed to maintain freshness and protection.
