How to Use

1. Remove the pad from its individual wrapper.
2. Peel off the adhesive backing strip from the bottom of the pad.
3. Press the pad firmly onto the centre of your underwear, adhesive side down.
4. Change the pad regularly throughout the day as needed.
5. Wrap the used pad in its wrapper or toilet paper and dispose of it in a bin - do not flush.
