How to Use

1. Cleanse and dry the affected area on your face or neck before applying.
2. Apply the cream as soon as possible to the affected area.
3. Gently massage until fully absorbed.
4. Repeat the application once or twice a day until completely healed.
5. For preventive use before dermatological interventions or injectable treatments, apply for 7 days prior to the procedure.
6. Avoid applying around the eye contour, to mucosal areas, or on open wounds.

Skincare Routine

Bioderma Cicabio Arnica+ Cream fits into Step 3 of your routine, sitting comfortably between your toner and SPF in the morning, or as your final step at night.

1. Cleanse first: Always apply to clean skin, after your cleansing step.
2. Tone before applying: If you use a toner, apply it before this cream and allow it to absorb first.
3. Apply the cream: Gently massage onto the affected area until fully absorbed. This can be done in the morning or evening - or both, once or twice daily as needed.
4. Follow with SPF in the morning: If using in your daytime routine, apply a sunscreen after this cream as your final step.
5. Night routine: When used in the evening, this cream can be applied as the last step in your routine.

Note: Do not apply near the eyes, mucous membranes, or on open wounds, and avoid use if you have a known sensitivity to arnica.
