How to Use

1. Select the correct brush size to fit comfortably between your teeth without forcing.
2. Gently insert the interdental brush into the space between two teeth.
3. Move the brush back and forth a few times to dislodge plaque and food debris.
4. Repeat between all interdental spaces, including around any dental appliances such as braces or bridges.
5. Rinse the brush with water after each use.

Care and Cleaning
