How to use:
For cold therapy:
• Place the product in a freezer for 15-20 minutes and then remove it for use.
• Wrap it in a dry towel and apply to the affected area. Wrapping a towel helps avoid frostbite.
For hot therapy:
• Place the pack in hot water for 15-20 minutes or in a microwave oven at 800W for 90-120 seconds.
• Allow the product to rest for 1 minute and then wrap in a dry towel. Wrapping a towel helps avoid burn.
• Apply to the injured area.
Caution & Warnings:
Both hot and cold therapy is recommended for no longer than 20 minutes per session. In case of post-surgical trauma, doctor’s instructions should be followed while using the product. If skin or eyes are exposed to the contents of the pack, flush with water and consult a physician. Children should use the pack only under adult supervision. If contents are accidentally ingested, seek immediate medical attention.
